When I first learned about Danya’s services, I felt that it wasn’t something that I needed. After all, I really enjoyed shopping and I always looked put-together in the outfits I wore to outings and events. What I didn’t realize though is how important it was to show up on social media in a way that represented my brand. The mission of my brand was always straightforward to me – to help individuals discover recipes and content so they become more confident home cooks. But how I showed up as the face of my brand didn’t seem to align.
When I ended up working with Danya, she helped me show up more confidently by refining my style in a way that felt effortless and exciting. Like many people, I got into a rut because of covid, and then pregnancy, and after all was said and done, I hated everything in my closet and wanted to start from Scratch. I opted to hire Danya for the entire style makeover process where we worked together from start to finish on my color palate, a closet edit, a few different virtual magazine edits where she hand picked items that I should add to my closet, and even a full on styling session after everything came in, so we could see what works with what I already have. Since working with Danya, I feel more comfortable shopping and identifying my “style”, and have had more fun putting outfits together.
The compliments I have received from friends, family, and colleagues are telling me that I made the right move. Not only that, but I more recently had an important work event she helped style me for, and at the end of the event, my boss gave me an unprompted raise, and I genuinely believe the way my wardrobe has stepped up my image is one of the factors.
